She has done stories for a wide range of print and radio outlets, including the Globe and Mail, CBC Radio, Canadian Geographic, Macleans and BC Business. Currently, Sarah is based in Toronto, Canada, where she is Senior Editor at Financial Post Business magazine. She was News Director at CITR Radio at the University of British Columbia, where she won a National Campus and Community Radio Association award for programming on the 1997 APEC Leaders' Summit in Vancouver. Later, Sarah worked as an Associate Producer for CBC Radio 3, producing pieces for the radio show and web magazine. In 2005, she spent ten weeks in Senegal, West Africa, volunteering at Radio Oxy-Jeunes. Sarah wrote part of a package for Financial Post Business magazine that won the 2006 gold National Magazine Award for personal finance and business service journalism.
