Previously, Sarah was senior editor at Financial Post Magazine at the National Post, and associate producer for CBC Radio 3 in Vancouver. In 2005, she spent ten weeks in Senegal, West Africa, volunteering at Radio Oxy-Jeunes. Sarah won a gold National Magazine Award in 2011, and the same year MoneySense was named Magazine of the Year. In 2010, she completed the Canadian Securities Course. She also has a blog, Spice City Toronto, where she seeks out the most interesting ethnic food in the Greater Toronto Area.
